Enables a Call Alert from the Fixed Network Equipment (FNE) addressed to the Mobile Subscriber Unit's (MSU) Radio ID that instructs the Digital Vehicular Repeater (DVR) to change operational modes. The DVRS operational modes include "System", "Local" and "Off".
